Purchases, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are managed by Apple. Vesta can help troubleshoot entitlement or Restore Purchases issues after an App Store transaction.
You can export data and delete your account in the app. If you cannot access those controls, email support and include the Apple ID relay email or account email you used.
For Watch or widget issues, include whether the iPhone app opens normally, whether Apple Health permissions are enabled, and whether reinstalling the companion app changed anything.
